What we do > Products
Though we approach each client assignment afresh using the general principles and tools that constitute our close learning approach, we have over time developed several more focused and contained processes which address particular needs which regularly arise in such work. For example:
- helping an individual come to terms with the challenges of working in a new/difficult partnership context, exploring new more collaborative ways of working within networks, and/or finding ways of translating new practices developed in the partnership back to their own organisations. See Link 1 for further information on our approach to one to one coaching practice
- helping smaller groups of people learn to use reflective and reflexive practices to deepen their learning from experience and find ways of developing the new skills needed and embodying these in practice. See Link 2 for further information on our approach to supporting action inquiry in small groups of 6-9 people
- designing and facilitating a wide range of strategic/developmental events and workshops with larger groups (12-60) that help organisations commit and move more rapidly to action through acclerating learning and compressing the communication process. See Link 3 for further information on our approach to action oriented interventions in large group processes
